Afforestation actions taking place in 2017-2030 on wetland, including peatland, the Natura 2000 network and habitats listed in Annex I to Directive 92/43/EEC, in particular natural and semi-natural grassland formations and raised bogs and mires and fens, and other wetland, including peatland, under applied gross-net accounting rules shall not appear in the Member State’s national accounting.

Its territory includes natural habitats defined as ‘priority’ habitats within the meaning of Annex I to the Habitats Directive, such as bog woodland (Natura 2000 code 91D0) and alluvial forests with willow, poplar, alder and ash (Natura 2000 code 91E0), and other habitats of ‘Community importance’, such as sub-continental oak-hornbeam forests (Natura 2000 code 9170).

In diesem Gebiet befinden sich natürliche Lebensräume, die als „prioritär“ im Sinne von Anhang I der Habitatrichtlinie definiert sind, Moorwälder (Natura-2000-Code 91D 0), Auenwälder mit Weiden, Pappeln, Erlen und Eschen (Natura-2000-Code 91E0) sowie andere Lebensräume von „gemeinschaftlicher Bedeutung“, namentlich subkontinentaler Labkraut-Eichen-Hainbuchenwald (Natura-2000-Code 9170).
